Honestly, there are no real ways to overcome those cravings besides staying focused on the reasons why you are quitting. just give it some time and they will lessen. The longer you stay quit, the less power smoking has over you- eventually you will be in total control! Keep up the good work!

I've been not smoking for about a month now. Honestly I don't think I'm out of the woods yet, because I get super bad cravings about 2-3 times a day. Anyone have suggestions on how to overcome those?
